1.Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "swerte8," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the swerte8 platform, its operators, affiliated entities, employees, directors, and agents operating the website at swerte8.net.
• "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the swerte8 platform in any capacity.
• "Platform" refers to the swerte8 website at swerte8.net, all associated web pages, mobile-optimized interfaces, APIs, and any service or content made available through them.
• "Account" refers to the registered member profile created by a User upon completing the swerte8 registration process.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the User into their swerte8 account using approved payment methods, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits, free bets, or incentive funds credited to a User's account by swerte8 under a specific promotion, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wager" or "Bet" refers to any real-money stake placed by a User on any game, live casino table, sportsbook market, bingo room, or other gaming product available on the Platform.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the primary regulatory body overseeing online gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required of all swerte8 members before withdrawal eligibility is granted.

2.Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the swerte8 Platform in any way — including browsing the website, creating an Account, logging in, depositing funds, placing a Wager, or claiming any promotion — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement, including all policies incorporated herein by reference such as the swerte8 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

This Agreement is effective as of the date you first register an Account or, if earlier, the date you first access the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

3.Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account and participate in real-money gaming on swerte8. This minimum age requirement is mandated by PAGCOR and the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. swerte8 enforces age verification during the KYC process and may request government-issued identification at any time. Any Account found to be held by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately and permanently closed, and any remaining balance will be returned to the original payment method used.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The swerte8 Platform is intended for use by individuals physically located within the Republic of the Philippines. It is your responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your specific location. swerte8 does not knowingly accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited.

3.3 Registration Requirements

To register a swerte8 Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification
• A valid date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older
• A valid Philippine mobile number
• A valid and active email address
• Your residential address within the Philippines

You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to promptly update it whenever changes occur. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is grounds for immediate Account termination.

3.4 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active swerte8 Account at any time. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. swerte8 uses device fingerprinting, IP analysis, payment method cross-referencing, and identity document verification to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts belonging to the same individual will be suspended, Bonus Balances forfeited, and any associated winnings voided.

4.Account Management

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your swerte8 login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to use a strong, unique password and to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where prompted. swerte8 will never contact you to ask for your password through any channel — any such request is fraudulent, and you should report it immediately to our support team.

4.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your Account, whether or not you authorized such activity. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify swerte8 immediately by contacting our 24/7 support team. swerte8 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized Account access where you have failed to maintain adequate security measures or failed to promptly report suspicious activity.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

swerte8 is required by PAGCOR regulations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all members prior to processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification requires you to submit a valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, driver's license, or PhilSys national ID) and may additionally require proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. swerte8 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time, including during registration, before a withdrawal, or as part of an ongoing compliance review.

5.Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Approved Payment Methods

swerte8 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following approved payment channels:

All transactions must be conducted through payment accounts or instruments registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — i.e., funds originating from a payment account held in another person's name — are strictly prohibited and will be flagged for investigation.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via GCash and Maya are credited to your swerte8 Real Money Balance within 60 seconds under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically credited within 30 minutes to 2 hours, subject to the processing schedules of the respective banks. swerte8 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transfer fees, for which swerte8 is not responsible.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed after successful KYC verification. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically completed within 15–30 minutes of approval. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within 1–3 business hours. USDT TRC20 and Coins.ph withdrawals are processed within 1–4 hours depending on network congestion. swerte8 reserves the right to apply enhanced verification procedures for withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, as required by PAGCOR anti-money laundering guidelines.

5.4 Currency

All Real Money Balances on swerte8 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Where a deposit is made via a payment method that operates in a different currency, conversion to PHP will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction, and the converted amount will be reflected in your swerte8 balance.

6.Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

swerte8 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible members, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and this Agreement, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Balance. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limits, and maximum bet restrictions are detailed in each individual promotion's terms and conditions. Attempting to withdraw Bonus Balance before satisfying wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

swerte8 strictly prohibits bonus abuse in all forms, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; using low-risk or hedging betting strategies to fulfill wagering requirements without genuine gaming risk; coordinating with other users to systematically exploit promotional offers; and using VPNs or other technical methods to circumvent geographic restrictions on promotions. Where bonus abuse is detected, swerte8 reserves the right to void all bonuses and associated winnings, suspend the Account, and recover any bonus funds already withdrawn.

7.Gaming Rules & Fair Play

7.1 Game Integrity

All games available on the swerte8 Platform — including slot titles, live casino games, bingo rooms, and sportsbook markets — operate using certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer products, real physical game equipment overseen by licensed operators. swerte8 sources its gaming content exclusively from licensed, internationally audited providers to ensure the integrity and fairness of all outcomes.

7.2 Sportsbook Rules

Sportsbook wagers on NBA, PBA, UFC, boxing, football, and other sports markets offered on swerte8 are governed by the applicable sport-specific rules published in the sportsbook section of the Platform. In the event of a technical failure, data feed error, or manifest error in the posting of odds, swerte8 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the corresponding stakes to the Users' Real Money Balances.

7.3 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a game malfunction, system failure, or technical error that affects the outcome of a Wager or a session, swerte8's decision shall be final. Where a malfunction results in an erroneously large payout being credited to a User's account, swerte8 reserves the right to recover the incorrect amount. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.

8.Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the swerte8 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering an Account if you are under 21 years of age or legally prohibited from gambling in your jurisdiction
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification
• Operating more than one swerte8 Account, or allowing another person to use your Account
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or financial crime purposes
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or poker-format products
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or systematic exploitation of swerte8 promotional offers
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Platform
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing swerte8 support staff or other users
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to misrepresent your geographic location

9.Intellectual Property

All content available on the swerte8 Platform — including but not limited to the swerte8 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and all associated intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to swerte8 and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the swerte8 Platform without prior written authorization from swerte8. Any unauthorized use of swerte8 intellectual property may result in legal action.

10.Privacy & Data Protection

swerte8 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of identity verification, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, personalized gaming experience, and promotional communications (where you have opted in).

swerte8 does not sell or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data shared with third-party service providers (payment processors, game providers, KYC verification services) is limited to what is necessary for the provision of the relevant service and is governed by appropriate data processing agreements.

11.Responsible Gaming

swerte8 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the risk of gambling-related harm among its members. swerte8 provides the following tools and resources to all registered members, accessible directly from your Account settings after logging in:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit
• Loss limits — restrict the amount you can lose within a defined period
• Session time reminders — receive notifications after a set duration of play
• Reality checks — periodic pop-up reminders of your current session duration and net gaming result
• Self-exclusion — temporarily or permanently restrict access to your Account for periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent closure
• Account cooling-off — take a short break of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days without permanent closure

12.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, swerte8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, even if swerte8 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

swerte8's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by you into your swerte8 Account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this Agreement shall limit swerte8's liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by swerte8's negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by swerte8; or (c) any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

The swerte8 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. swerte8 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's uninterrupted operation, freedom from errors, or fitness for any particular purpose beyond personal, non-commercial online gaming entertainment.

13.Termination & Suspension

13.1 Termination by swerte8

swerte8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if swerte8 reasonably determines that you have: violated any provision of this Agreement; engaged in any prohibited activity; provided false information during registration or KYC; been found to be under the minimum age requirement; or if required to do so by PAGCOR, a court order, or any competent Philippine authority.

In cases of Account termination due to breach of this Agreement, swerte8 reserves the right to withhold any Real Money Balance where it is reasonably connected to the breach (e.g., funds derived from fraudulent activity). Where no breach is involved and the termination is at swerte8's discretion, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to your registered payment method within 14 business days.

13.2 Termination by You

You may close your swerte8 Account at any time by contacting our 24/7 support team. Upon receiving your closure request, swerte8 will process any outstanding verified Real Money Balance to your registered payment method and deactivate your Account. Bonus Balances and associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements at the time of voluntary closure will be forfeited.

14.Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and swerte8, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. swerte8's support team is available 24/7 and can be reached via live chat or by email at the address provided on this Platform. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within 30 days of the initial complaint, either party may escalate the matter to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority or court of competent jurisdiction.

swerte8 is regulated by PAGCOR. Complaints relating to the fairness of games, conduct of promotions, or regulatory compliance matters may be submitted to PAGCOR through their official channels.

15.Amendments to This Agreement

swerte8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. When material changes are made, swerte8 will provide notice to registered members via email or a prominent on-Platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, unless a shorter notice period is required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the swerte8 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact support to close your Account before the changes take effect.
