11.Children & Minors

The swerte8 Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and older, in compliance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. swerte8 does not knowingly collect personal data from any person under the age of 21.

All registration attempts are subject to age verification. Where swerte8 discovers that personal data has been collected from an individual under 21 years of age, that Account will be immediately closed, the data will be securely deleted, and any deposited funds will be returned to the original payment method.

12.International Data Transfers
